What's Your Baby Thinking?

What if you suddenly understood what your baby meant when she said "Neh" or "Owh?" Communicating with your newborn just got a whole lot easier, thanks to Australian researcher Priscilla Dunstan, who has discovered the secret language of babies.

Dunstan has identified five words that all babies from birth to three months say, regardless of their race or culture. These "words" are actually sound reflexes, or a "pre-cry." All babies have the same reflexes and thus make the same sounds. The Dunstan Baby Language video shows parents how to distinguish between these sounds so they'll know whether their babies are hungry, sleepy or gassy. And by responding to a baby's initial request to be burped, sleep or eat, parents can minimize screaming and infant discomfort. To learn more or order a video, go to www.dunstanbaby.com
