I remember my daughter getting the worst case of the flu than any of my four have ever had. She was sick for over a week and lost quite a few pounds. I remember how pale and drawn she looked and would never want to go through that again. This Swine Flu scare has been hard on everyone, but we can do better to focus on building good health.
