I’ve been a Mommy Connections director since March 2011. What does that mean?

A Mommy Connections director is responsible for finding the best mom and baby products, services and classes and bringing them together in one place. Mommy Connections programs provide a place where mom and baby can learn, connect and socialize with their peers.

My journey to becoming a Mommy Connections director began long before I even knew Mommy Connections existed. When I became pregnant with my first child in 2007, I was working full time as a sales representative. I was servicing the Toronto area as a cosmetics rep. It was incredibly busy but I loved every challenge. I remember telling my boss I was only going to take eight to 10 months of my maternity leave as I could not imagine being out of the business for a whole year. I was determined to have it all–a beautiful child and a fast-paced career. Then Kyla arrived.
